As you may be aware, the World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 a global pandemic disease and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers the potential public health threat posed by the outbreak to be elevated in the United States. As the number of cases identified in the United States continues to rise and the probability of community spread increases, we must acknowledge the rapidly evolving nature of the situation and be ready to safeguard everyone’s health while simultaneously managing business continuity. We continue to monitor direction from local, state and federal government related to declarations of state emergency orders and are prepared to support those directives as required.
Beginning March 16 continuing through April 19, we will be limiting all client contact with staff due to the Monroe County State of Emergency regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. If possible, please call your payment into our office or your insurance company directly. If you must make your payment in person, please follow the directions on the office door to complete your payment. If you must make changes to your policy or have questions for the staff, please call or email the office. The time frame above may change as we monitor developments.
As your Customer Care Advocates, we will always do what we can to assist you when our Customers are faced with significant life events. If you anticipate or are facing difficulty paying your insurance bill. Please contact your carrier or our office. All carriers are prepared to discuss options with Customers facing a financial hardship as a result of the coronavirus.
Please follow the guidelines outlined from our local, state and federal government to assist in preventing the spread of this aggressive contagion. Your health and safety is our utmost concern.
